Multi channel hot runner temperature controller is a device that continuously maintains the temperature value required by the hot runner system. It consists of multiple single-channel temperature controllers, air switches, housing, fan, heavy duty connectors and cables. Every single-channel temperature controller has dual 4 digit LED display and independent alarm and protection functions. Every temperature controller can also be equipped with a set of K type/J type thermocouple and heater.

Temperature controller uses thermocouple or RTD sensor to detect the temperature and converts it into electrical signal. Internal control circuit makes the heating (or cooling) device work (or stop) by controlling the relay until the temperature reaches the preset value, thereby realizing the temperature control.

Support various temperature sensors and input signals: CU50/PT100/K/E/J/T/S/R, 4-20mA/0-10mA/1-5v/0-10v/0-5v.
Dual/multi channel 4 digit display can display the measured value and the set value at the same time.
The control mode includes on-off control and PID control. PID control has parameter self-adjusting function, which can realize accurate measurement and high-efficient constant temperature and constant pressure control for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
