Gear motor working principle

• The geared motor is an integrated body of the reducer and the motor. It is generally decelerated by meshing the gear with a small number of teeth on the input shaft of the gear reducer motor, the internal combustion engine or other high-speed power to the large gear on the output shaft. In the gearing of the motor, the notch direction of the gear teeth is at a certain angle to the gear surface.
• When two gear teeth are on a helical gear system mesh, the point of contact starts at one end of the gear teeth and gradually moves to the other end as the gear rotates until the two gear teeth fully mesh. The gearbox provides lower speed and higher torque. Different reduction ratios of the gearbox can provide different speeds and torques.
