    Tips: What is PID control in temperature controller?
    In temperature controller, PID control is setting parameter P to non-zero (set parameter P to zero is called ON/OFF control). PID controller adjusts the heater to change the measurement value (PV), and the deviation value (EV=SV-PV) is obtained by compared with the set value (SV). Deviation value (EV) is fed back to the PID controller through the sensor and PID controller can obtain the heater opening of the next adjustment through calculation. PID control system belongs to closed-loop control and the heating equipment can work at different power. At all time periods, the actual value and the set value are infinitely close. In theory, it can realize error-free control between the actual temperature and the set temperature.
    PID control is suitable for occasion that has high requirement on temperature control accuracy, such as incubator and wine making technology.

    Great PID temperature controller
    A well made PID temperature controller, it can easily be connected to 110V, so I can connect it to the Romex and connect it to the spare wall socket I have lying around. Wiring couldn't be easier I've already retrofitted the espresso machine with the PID.

    Does your PID temperature controller have 2 SSR outputs?
    Does your PID temperature controller have 2 SSR outputs? I need to control two separate SSR's... I need the humidity to be controlled by an exhaust fan and I need the temperature to be controlled by a heater.

    Yes, sure. Our PID temperature controller has dual digital 4 LED display, on-off control/PID control, support universal inputs. OUT1 and OUT2 are connected to two SSRs respectively, so it is 2 SSR outputs.
