Tips: Classification and characteristics of wire wound ceramic braking resistors.

    1. Vertical corrugated wire-wound ceramic resistor: larger heat dissipation area, can withstand higher pulse voltage, short hedging time, but strong adaptability in use environment with high pulse voltage. By adopting the reverse double winding method, non-inductive winding resistance can be manufactured, and the parasitic inductance is effectively reduced.
    2. Sliding adjustable ceramic resistor: Zero to maximum resistance can be adjusted. By sliding the middle slider, an adjustable resistance is obtained to control the output of circuit current.
    3. Flat-wound ceramic resistor: High-resistance resistors, resistances up to 20000 ohms, which is suitable for high-resistance environments.

    Easy to install and maintain
I recently purchased a wire wound ceramic braking resistor for use in my electric motor drive, and I have been extremely satisfied with its performance. The resistor is well-built and feels very durable, and it has been able to handle the high amounts of energy generated during braking with ease.
