Tips: Working principle of air chain hoist

The lifting mechanism includes air motor, planetary reducer, hanging assembly, brake, lifting chain, hook assembly and main control valve. The lifting mechanism controls the main control valve to realize the lifting and lowering of the lifting heavy object, and realizes the lifting and lowering positioning braking by opening and closing the brake. The air chain hoist ensures the safety of the lifting operation. The lifting mechanism of the pneumatic hoist can be fixed as a whole, or can be moved under the traveling mechanism. The main control valve controls the air motor and the planetary reducer to drive the driving wheels to move, so as to realize the horizontal movement of the lifting heavy object. The gas distribution system uses compressed air as the power source to control the lifting and running of the pneumatic hoist.

Very well designed and built.

This air chain hoist is very well designed and very well built. Don't bother with them. So far it's been very easy to use and does what it's supposed to do - lift and lower under control.

Very well designed and built.

This air chain hoist is very well designed and built. It works very well for my need with affordable price. Portable and easy to use. I couldn’t believe how much better this is. And I am very happy with this pneumatic tool.

Very good hoist for the money.

I bought this air chain hoist to move heavy boat engines in tight places and this tool does the job nicely. Serious pulling power with easy operation and very versatile for many projects. It is a very good hoist for the money.
