Existing reviews of 0.5mL/min DC 5V/6V Micro Peristaltic Pump
Need your help. I don’t really know exactly what to be looking for to be intrinsically safe. Here’s my customer’s message:
The issue with the Pressure switch is it would be very low pressure that would need to trigger it (Between 1 to 2 kpa). The peristaltic pump is low flow. It would only need between .5 - 1 L/minute. Both have to be intrinsically safe due to them being used in the chemical storage area of the lab.

For peristaltic pumps with low flow rates of 0.5 - 1 liter/min and low-pressure operation (Between 1 to 2 kpa), we recommend the MN4 series of micro peristaltic pumps. Motor types include DC motors, stepper motors, asynchronous motors, etc. Please refer to the specifications in the attachment. If the peristaltic pump is used at intervals, you can choose a DC motor; if the peristaltic pump is used continuously for a long time, you can choose a stepper motor. Please confirm whether these models meet your requirements.
Micro peristaltic pump works as intended
I really don't know how to use this micro peristaltic pump but the service is very patient. And the little peristaltic pump worked as intended. It really helps me a lot. Generally, it is a good shoping experience.
