The wireless tilt sensor based on Bluetooth wireless transmission technology is for sale, powered by lithium battery, all internal circuits are optimized design. Support 2-axis measurement with ±90° measuring range, suitable for all kinds of accurate tilt measurement. Using industrial grade MCU, triple-proof PCB board, imported cables, wide temperature metal casing and other measures to improve the industrial grade of the product, good long-term stability and small zero drift, can automatically enter the low-power sleep mode, so as to get rid of the dependence on the use of the environment. It needs to be used with ATO wireless transmission module to achieve the effect of wireless interoperability.

Installation Precautions

  • Please install the inclinometer sensor according to the correct method, incorrect installation will lead to measurement errors, especially pay attention to a "surface" and "line".
  • The mounting surface of the inclinometer sensor and the measured surface must be fixed tightly, flat and stable, if the mounting surface is uneven, it is easy to cause the inclination sensor to measure the angle error.
  • ATO wireless inclinometer sensor axis and the measured axis must be parallel, the two axes as far as possible do not produce angle.

Tips: Wireless inclinometer sensor parameter nomenclature

  1. Resolution: It refers to the smallest change of the measured value that the inclination sensor can detect and distinguish in the measuring range.
  2. Precision: Absolute accuracy refers to the sensor's absolute linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, zero deviation, and cross-axis error under normal temperature conditions.
    Comprehensive error.
  3. Long-term Stability: Long-term stability refers to the wireless inclination sensor at room temperature, after a year of long-term work under the maximum value and the minimum value of the deviation.
  4. Response Time: Response time is the time it takes for the sensor output to reach the standard value when the inclination sensor changes angle once.
