    Aerator Pump Price List

An aerator pump is a kind of water treatment equipment, the basic principle is through the air through the water body, the use of bubbles and water contact water to realize the transfer of oxygen, by virtue of its high efficiency of the gas transfer capacity, energy saving, easy operation and wide applicability and other advantages, applied to urban sewage treatment, aquaculture, landscape water maintenance, oxygen farming, and many other scenes, covering almost all the need for gas involved in industrial and life field. With the development of science and technology,  the design and use of aerator pumps, need to take into account the volume of water, water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen demand, and other factors, aerator pumps of various types and specifications, more efficient, environmentally friendly aeration technology will also be gradually applied to the production and application of aerator pumps.

    Maintenance of Aerator Pump

In order to ensure that the pond aerator pump can be in long-term stable operation and improve the service life of an important part. The following will introduce some basic maintenance steps:

    1. Regular cleaning: Using appropriate cleaning agents and tools to clean the pump body and filter, can effectively reduce the dust and debris on the erosion and wear and tear of the equipment, and at the same time avoid excessive accumulation of dust leading to poor heat dissipation, motor overheating, and other problems. When the aerator pump is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and clean environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
    2. Check for wear and damage: The air holes or bubble holes on the aeration disk or aeration tube may be worn or damaged due to prolonged use, which will affect the even distribution and generation of bubbles. In addition, It is important to regularly check the aerator pump for wear and damage. Besides, it is also necessary to check that the bearings of the aerator pump (usually every 6 months to 1 year) have sufficient lubricant, and add or replace it if necessary.
    3. Check connections and seals: Loose connections or damaged seals can lead to gas leaks, reducing bubble generation efficiency and wasting energy. Regular inspection of connection pipes, joints and seals is also necessary for timely adjustment or replacement.
    4. Observe the operation status: Pay attention to observing the bubble generation and release is uniform, whether there is abnormal noise or vibration. Abnormal operating conditions may be indicative of problems with the aerator pump, which need to be investigated and repaired in a timely manner.
    5. Prevent freezing: In cold climates, appropriate measures should be taken to prevent freezing of the aerator pump. Freezing may cause equipment damage or stop working. Use insulation, heaters or take other anti-freezing measures to ensure that the aerator pump operates properly during the cold season.
