About overload protection
Does our converter have thermal overload protection (including automatic shutdown and recovery)? Or can we add it with an extra charge?

Our converter has overload protection. It will stop output and alarm when overloaded. However, it can only be turned on after power is restored, but cannot output voltage. After power is restored, it still needs to be operated to output voltage normally.
My HZ-50-1105 frequency and voltage converter intermittently trips the output.
The input continues, keeping the machine running but it has no output. The machine has a light load when tripping the output.

After tripping, remove the load and check if the unit starts normally with no load after the HZ-50-1105 is reset.
Please send us a picture of the converter nameplate label and a video for further confirmation, so that we can proceed to the next step. You can send us the large video file via wetransfer.com.
Do I have available input voltage of single-phase 120VAC (L, N, G)?
I have available input voltage of single-phase 120VAC (L, N, G) and split-phase voltage 120VAC (L1, L2, G)?
I would prefer to connect split-phase voltage. Please advise.

Thanks for your feedback.
You can directly connect 220V 60Hz split phase (two 120V hot wires and a ground no neutral) to the Input terminals L, N of the converter.
Please refer to the attached wiring diagram.
We are looking for an AC frequency converter with following specification
We are also looking for an AC to AC frequency converter, with following fundamental specification:
Output Power: 5kVA to 7kVA
Input Voltage: 160VAC, 660Hz
Output Voltage: >160VAC , 60Hz
Mounting type: Chassis mounted.
The further details can be discussed later.
Is this something your company could help us?

We can provide customization.
We also want to confirm: about the "Input Voltage: 160VAC, 660Hz" you mentioned, is it single-phase 160VAC (L, N, G)?
Where is this input voltage coming from?
And is the highest output voltage 160VAC, 60Hz?
What load do you need the frequency converter to connect to?
Can we get a frequency converter for this application?
We have 208V Delta 3 phase/60 Hz to a transformer that steps it up to 380V Wye 3 Phase/60hz. Our machine runs on 380V Wye 3 Phase/50hz. Can we get a frequency converter for this application?

1. Yes, we can provide a frequency converter to convert 3-phase, Delta, 208V, 60Hz To 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz (No need to your transformer) And also, we can provide a frequency converter to convert 3-phase, Wye, 380V, 60Hz To 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz. So, which one do you prefer?
2. What is your load (connected to converter output) rated current (Amps) or power capacity? What is its kind (motor, electronics, heater...etc.)? If it's a motor, do you have any estimation about motor inrush current at the starting period?
We are looking for a frequency converter that meets our requirements
We need to test a unit that powers on at 115V ±5% at 400 Hz. We are supposed to verify that its output voltage and it has an output current of 1A. We are looking to connect the frequency converter to a standard 120 v at 50Hz outlet. What do you recommend?

Based on your updates below, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-60-500W, 500VA power capacity, input: 1ph, 110V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 1ph (L, N, G), adjustable (0-150V), adjustable (40-499.9Hz), 4.2A.
We need a frequency converter with the following specs
Input: 3 phase 4 Wire: Wye type
480VAC 3ph Input
400Hz output. What do you recommend?

Based on your choice, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-50-3310, 10kVA power capacity, input: 3ph, Wye (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), 480V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 3ph, Wye/Delta (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), adjustable (0-260V), adjustable (40-499.9Hz), 27.6A.
Frequency converter recommended according to our needs
We are located in Canada, 480V supply voltage "3-phase" and we are OEM of pulverizers machine for the plastic industry. Our machines require max 200HP, 3-phase, 400V. And uses a soft starter to help on starting up. I see you have solutions for frequency converters from 60Hz to 400V 50Hz. What do you recommend?

1. Yes, you can only load one phase or two phases.
2. Less than 2%.
High quality frequency converter
We are looking out for a frequency converter. The input and output specifications are
Input: 230VAC, 50Hz
Output: 115VAC (variable from 108VAC to 119 VAC), 400Hz 5Amp
It should be small in size. Desktop or chassis mount type.

Ok, if required Converter Output (115VAC (variable from 108VAC to 119 VAC) ,400Hz 5Amp) is 1-phase, then recommended converter model: HZ-60-1101, 1kVA power capacity.
Actually a great converter
5kVA static pure sine wave frequency converter have been received already. Good quality and stable. The packing is very careful and tight. Output voltage 0-300V can be adjusted as required. I think it's consistent with the seller's description. Generally speaking, this is a very satisfactory shopping.
