12/24/48V DC to AC Power Inverter Wiring Diagram
Note: The connection of 48V power inverter with batteries is similar to the wiring of 24V inverter, and the batteries is connected in series.
10 Tips for Using Power Inverter Better
1. DC voltage of power inverter should be consistent with the battery voltage. Each inverter has a DC voltage value, including 12V, 24V, and 48V. The power inverter to be selected requires that the battery voltage must be the same as the DC input voltage of the inverter.
2. The output power of the inverter must be greater than the power of the appliance, especially the appliances with large power at startup, such as refrigerators and air conditioners, which is necessary to leave a larger margin.
3. The positive and negative poles must be connected correctly
The DC voltage input side of inverter is marked with a positive and negative pole, that is, red is positive (+), and black is negative (-). Battery is also marked with positive and negative, i.e., red is positive (+), and black is negative (-). so, it is easy to connect the right one. The cable diameter must be thick enough and the length of the cable should be as short as possible.
4. The power inverter should be placed in a ventilated, dry place. Be away from flammable and explosive products. The inverter should not be placed or covered by other items. The ambient temperature is not more than 40℃.
5. Charging and contravariance cannot be performed at the same time. That is, the charging plug cannot be inserted into the electrical circuit of the inverter output during contravariance.
6. The interval between two start-ups is not less than 5 seconds (disconnect the input power).
7. Wipe the inverter with a dry cloth or an antistatic cloth to keep it clean.
8. Before connecting the input and output of the inverter, first ground the casing of the inverter correctly.
9. To avoid accidents, users are forbidden to open the inverter case for operation.
10. If the power inverter is suspected to be faulty, please do not continue to operate and use it. The inverter input and output should be cut off in time, and be repaired by qualified maintenance personnel.
