Tips: Main Structure of Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic cleaner is mainly composed of three major parts, ultrasonic generator, cleaning tank and case:

1. The case
The panel of ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with power switch, timer control, heater control, digital display, etc. The rear of the case is equipped with a power outlet and a safety tube.

2. Ultrasonic generator
It is composed of power transformer and rectifier system, oscillator, push stage, power amplifier and output transformer.

3. Cleaning tank
The tank of ultrasonic cleaner consists of stainless steel tank, composite transducer and matching inductance. The transducer is fitted at the bottom of the stainless steel tank, and there is an anti-vibration device between the tank and the box frame.
