Tips: Common Problems of Ultrasonic Cleaner

1. The voltage regulator is damaged.
Analysis: voltage regulator tube damage is generally caused by the starting of ultrasonic cleaner after the small power tube resistance value or short circuit. Its own is rarely damaged.
Detection and solution: Measured with a multimeter diode gears, the positive resistance around 70 Ω, the reverse is ∞. If the numerical deviation is too large or the positive resistance is also infinity, replace with a new regulator tube.

2. Inductance, isolation transformer damage.
Analysis: The ultrasonic cleaner works for a long time, and inductance / transformer belongs to the heat dissipation components, they may melt and burn down due to too high temperature, causing a short circuit.
Detection and solution: In most cases, the burn out traces of inductance / transformer can intuitively see, and new devices should be replaced.

3. Damage of control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaner).
Analysis: The ultrasonic cleaning machine works continuously for a long time, which is related to the aging of components, and sometimes it will penetrate into the cleaning liquid.
Detection and solution: When the ultrasonic cleaner is not working, disconnect the control board from the main board. Power on the motherboard. If the ultrasonic cleaner works, it means the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.
