Tips: Arc Welder Working Princeple
The arcing of argon arc welding adopts the arcing mode of high-voltage breakdown. First, high-frequency high-voltage is applied between the electrode needle (tungsten needle) and the workpiece, argon gas is broken down to make it conductive, and then a continuous current is supplied to ensure the arc is stable.
The working principle of the arc welder in the main circuit, the auxiliary power supply, the driving circuit and the protection circuit is the same as that of the hand arc welding machine.
