10W DC Brushless vibration motor 12V / 24V 3000 rpm, variable speed display control. Will this motor run at extremely low rpm? Is it compatible with 120V home power? Run continuously for 8 hours? Is there a smaller model suitable to low rpm vibration of whole bed?

Sorry, the minimum speed of the ATO 10W DC brushless vibration motor is 1000 rpm, and there is no lower speed. In addition, if you require 120V household power supply, you can only chose AC vibration motor, please see on: https://www.ato.com/ac-vibration-motors.

I have purchased one of the motors here.

I have purchased one of the motors here. I did not purchase the control unit. I was hoping I could wire the motor directly to a power source and switch it on/off manually. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, the motor you purchased is a brushless motor, so you cannot wire the motor directly to a power source, you must configure the controller to use it normally.

Small vibration motor

This is a small vibration motor with speed regulation function. It works very well after turning on the power, responds quickly, and is lightweight. This vibration motor is a good choice.
