Installation instructions
DC vibration motors require controllers to operate, so it is necessary to install and use drivers correctly.
Control/power input terminal:
1. Brown blue thick wire, connect to 24V DC power supply, be careful not to connect positive/negative in reverse. Brown is connected to positive pole+, blue is connected to negative pole -.
2. Blue and black thin wires can be connected to an additional start-stop switch, and the vibration motor can be started and stopped without the need for a computer.
3. Red and yellow thin lines, connected to USB to RS485 adapter, red connected to A, yellow connected to B.
Motor control output terminal:
4. The bare wire version should be connected to the driver, and the corresponding color should be connected. After connection, pay attention to insulation.
5. The aviation plug can be directly inserted into the controller output port and tightened to complete the installation.
