Hydraulic hole punch output force 30 ton come with 3/8 joints and dust caps, standard dies configuration 3/4, 1/2, 3/8, 5/8 inch and need to work with pumps. Iron plate ≤80mm, angle steel 3-5# and U-steel 5-8#.

Note: The hydraulic punching machine needs to be used with a pump. (double-acting electric hydraulic pump: power 0.75kW, 1.5kW or 3.0kW is recommended is recommended).

Tips: How to replace the mold of the hydraulic punching machine？

1. Upper mold replacement method: Use a (black) elastic screwdriver to loosen the upper mold (silver white) fixing bolt to the left, slowly remove the upper mold, replace the required upper mold, and then use an elastic screwdriver to tighten the upper mold fixing bolt to the left. Just tighten right.
2. How to replace the lower mold: Use a small hexagonal wrench to loosen the screw that fixes the tightness of the lower mold to the left, and then push the lower mold out from the bottom of the lower mold with your fingers or a small tool from bottom to top, and replace the matched upper mold. The lower mold can be tightened with a small wrench.
3. The lower mold has a typing side facing upwards and not downwards. When changing the mould, first remove the upper mould, to replace the lower mould.
