Tabletop hot wire foam cutter can be used for vertical and diagonal cutting of styrofoam material and it is widely applied in the building and packing industry. This foam cutting table is constructed of the aluminum frame and the polywood table board, light weight. With the assembled wheels with brake pedal, it is easy to move the table. The cutting temperature is continuously adjustable by means of an adjusting knob. A transformer heats the hot wire to approx. 550°C in 10-15 seconds.

Question about the max size cut

We are looking to buy the ATO-KD-60 Hot wire foam cutter table.

Just wondering what the max size cut would be? Measured from the wire to the stand arm.

Superb foam cutter

I really like how quickly this hot wire foam cutter heats up and its trigger mechanism. The ability to cut straight lines is great. Cord is of high quality.

the foot switch of this hot wire foam cutter is very nice

We already using this hot wire foam cutter for a long time. We can put styrofoam on the big working table for convenient operation. Besides, it has a foot switch which can control the machine directly, we all like this design!
