Air Sander Tool Cart Installation
As shown in following diagram, installation of the air sander tool cart is very simple. Connect the water-oil separation filter to air inlet of air compressor. Connect one end of suction pipe to tee joint of the dust collector, and connect the other end to the air sander. Attach sandpaper to air sander and then can perform sanding operation.
Tips: Selection for air sander with dust collector.
At present market, there are mainly three types of dust collection and vacuuming systems for air sander: no dust collection system, built-in dust collector, and central vacuuming system. For the three dust collection modes, users should choose based on actual needs. If there is relatively good ventilation system on operation site, or there is not much dust during sanding, you can select an air sander without dust collector system. However, based on being responsible for the user’s health and for improving sanding efficiency, users are better off using air sanders with dust collector system. As for whether it equipped with vacuuming bag or central dust collection system, there is not much difference in the vacuuming effect, and users can choose freely.
If users select an air sander with dust collector system, then the sanding disc pad should also select a tray with holes. In the case of relatively large dust during sanding process, such as woodworking plain board grinding, artificial marble sanding and polishing, aluminum profile sanding, etc., a reasonable dust collection method and a reasonable sanding disc pad should be used to improve sanding efficiency.
