Precautions

  1. Main circuit uses 3-phase 3-wire input, no phase sequence is required.
  2. SCR is high current product, please be sure to lock the (R.S.T) and (U.V.W) terminals, otherwise the terminals will heat up and the SCR will burn out.
  3. SCR has a built-in fast fuse for over current and short circuit protection. If the fuse is blown due to overcurrent, first check the load for faults such as short circuit and partial discharge. After troubleshooting, open the panel and replace it. Be sure to replace it with fuse of the same specification. Be careful not to increase amperage of the fuse at will.
  4. When using the load Y type wiring method, center point cannot be connected to zero line, otherwise the SCR will lose control. If 3-phase load is unbalanced, center point must be connected to zero line.

Control of the voltage
Hi what does it mean E2 and E3 must be shorted when external VR is not used?
Is there a wiring diagram for the internal VR?

Thanks
Karl

The role of 3 phase 3 wire power regulator
Wondering about the 3 phase 3 wire scr power regulator. It says for power and voltage regulation. Does that mean it's good for holding amperage steady?

The power regulator is used to adjust the power and voltage of the heating thermostat equipment and the power system and control the temperature. But the current stability is related to the input voltage.
