Tips: How to install air hose fitting

1. Before installation, confirm the correct type and size of air hose fitting, and confirm whether the product has black crack and scar
2. The length of the connecting pipe will also change considering the pressure change, so the length should be left.
3. Joints and pipes are not allowed to pinch, stretch or bear negative torque, in order to avoid joint damage, pipe damage, rupture or fall off.
4. When pipe and joint threads are screwed into the pipe, do not mix the scraps of pipe threads and small pieces of sealing material into the pipe. When using the sealing belt, the thread head should leave about 2 teeth distance and do not wind the sealing belt.

The air hose fitting was installed very quickly

These air hose fittings are perfect for onboard air systems. I can connect the air gauge on my truck with one line, or I can run one line between the 2 lines so that if one of my air solenoids fails, I will still push air into both of my air horns.

For replacing old connectors

Works great, this is the air hose fitting with three fittings and the price is not bad. After a lapse of 4 months I bought the ATO air hose fitting again to replace a similar item I made years ago. Works great so far!
