    Existing reviews of 150kVA 3-Phase 400v 50Hz/208v 60Hz Frequency Converter
    High efficiency converter
The company recently purchased a number of converters, management took this purchase quite seriously and asked a couple questions. The first was whether there were any lower voltage range converters available? For example: One rated 0-150V per phase instead of 0-300V. Also, would this converter be able to help couple the converter with a power conditioner, or use a harmonic filter after the converter?

1.Is the rated 0-150V per phase you mentioned phase voltage or line voltage? Our converter's low-end voltage 0-150V is the phase voltage, and the corresponding line voltage range is 0-260VAC. It can be understood as you want the line voltage 0-260V?
2.Regarding the problem of harmonic interference, the vibration problem of the motor can Not be solved by adding a filter to the output end of the converter. Because we have tested similar loads, this is related to the motor speed and can Not be solved by simply adding a filter. We are still looking for ways to solve the vibration problem of this motor at low voltage and high speed.
    Thanks for the question.
Can you reproduce the documentation for this frequency converter?
I hope you have been well. I am reaching out because we are starting to use the equipment from this order in short order after some unforeseen delays.
Unfortunately, during the delay the manuals/documents and CE declaration of conformity seem to have been misplaced.
Is there any way you could reproduce the documentation for this unit for us? I would really appreciate it.
    Thank you very much.

    Based on your specs, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-50-3360, 60kVA power capacity, input: 3ph, Wye (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), 400V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 3ph, Wye/Delta (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), adjustable (0-260V), adjustable (40-120Hz), 166.4A.
I need a frequency converter. Do you have any recommendations?
I need a frequency converter with:
    Input: 400V, 50hz, three phase.
Output: 220V/110V 60Hz. What do you recommend?

    Ok, recommended frequency converter model: HZ-50-3320, 20kVA power capacity, input: 3ph, Wye (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), 400V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 3ph, Wye/Delta (L1, L2, L3 + N, G), adjustable (0-260V), adjustable (40-120Hz), 55.6A.
Which frequency converter would you recommend to us?
We build boats and ship them to Europe regularly and they need to test the systems on the boats. We need to go from 120V 60Hz to 240V 50Hz. Currently they are using a generator to obtain the 50Hz, but it has been unreliable at best. They estimate the range to be between 30-50 Amps, possibly less. What do you recommend?

    Frequency converter performance and use
Hi, I have a site in Australia. We build air conditioning units for other countries and want to test the units. Looking for a converter that can convert 240v 50Hz to 120v 60Hz but also gave a variant on the 120v side, so the voltage can be varied. Is this something you could assist with?

    ATO Responded
    Yes, we can.
Our converter output voltage and frequency can be adjusted in the range (0-150V) & (40-120Hz).
What is the tested air conditioning unit rated current (Amps), and power capacity? Also, what is its expected increase in current at the starting period?
Clarification: When the motor starts to spin up, it pulls high inrush current that may reach 6 times its rated value and lasts from few milliseconds to 1-3 seconds unless the motor is attached to starting controller like soft starter or VFD.
I am interested in your frequency converter
    20kVA 3-Phase 380v 50Hz/220v 60Hz Frequency Converter
    1) From your description I found that it has 3-phase 400V (3x230V)/50Hz input and 3-phase 220V(3x120V)/60Hz output. So on the output there are L1, L2, L3 (3x120V) and N available? Please confirm..
    2) Do you have any office sales in Europe? What is the cost of delivery to Poland?

Failure analysis of 150kVA frequency converter
What will happen to the 150kVA frequency converter if it got sudden high inrush/surge current?
    From: Thien | Date: 12/04/2021
Was this review helpful? Yes No (1/0)
    ATO Responded
If the frequency converter got a sudden high inrush current, its internal protection trips, so you just need to reset and run again, not an issue.
