About voltage
We were expecting the site to have 400V input power, but they have 240V available. Just wanted to know if there was an adjustment to handle 240 input voltage.

Unfortunately, if your converter's default input voltage is 3-phase 400V, it is currently not possible to adjust the converter's wiring to accommodate 3-phase 240V.
Because the two voltages are very different, the adjustment requires changing the internal transformer and some circuit boards. In this case, we recommend that you add an external 20KVA autotransformer to convert the user's 3-phase 240V to 3-phase 400V before feeding it into the converter.
