Can these breakers be mounted horizontally?

For 63a 2p, can I put positive on the negative side and vice versa? Positive wires on the left and negative wires on the right? Can these breakers be mounted horizontally (Sideways)?

No, a plus sign on the product is positive and minus sign is negative. The breaker will definitely work sideways. Code-wise, there may be restrictions but yes, it will work horizontally.
