Tips: Installation method of diesel generator set

The diesel generator set is installed on the concrete floor:

A reinforced concrete base shall be placed on the floor.
The concrete base passes the pressure test of more than 173kpa for one month.
Concrete base shall be at least 150 mm higher than the floor, extend at least 150 mm along each side of the unit chassis, and embed "J" or "L" foundation bolts on the cement base.

The diesel generator set is fixed on the chassis type oil tank:

Engine, shock absorber has been already installed between engine and oil tank.
The structure and strength of the oil tank must be able to bear the static and dynamic loads of the unit.
There must be a certain distance between the tank bottom and the ground for maintenance.

Inquire for your diesel generator

Our standby diesel generator for our FM broadcast transmitter died.   It is 208 volt three phase, 100 KW.   But we could operate our transmitter at reduced power during an outage and run off a much smaller generator for the time being.

Could one of your diesel three phase generators work?   Could it connect to our existing automatic transfer switch?   The transfer switch is an Asco series 300 which provides a normally open or normally closed engine start contact.

We need enough fuel capacity to run as long as three or four days as we sometimes have such long power outages.   So could a fuel line be extended from the generator to our existing 75 gallon diesel tank?   The tank is filled with road tax free red dyed diesel.

Yes, we have 100kW 208V 3-phase diesel generators that will work for your application.

To be clear beforehand, our generators do Not have UL or EPA certs, do your local authority require mandatory EPA cert for diesel generators, or do you have a way to figure that out?

About the connection to your ATS, you need to send us some pictures for further check.

And for extension fuel lines, how are you doing at present?

We would like to get a maintenance kit for the diesel generator?

This generator as described by purchase order is in Zimbabwe. It needs a new electronic controller.
Also, we tried to get new brushes for it. The ones I was told to buy where the wrong size. We would like to get a maintenance kit for the unit including brushes.

GENERATOR NOT CHARGING THE BATTERY

Our 10kW Silent Diesel Generator, 1 Phase/3 Phase is not charging the battery. What could be the problem?

Does the 10kw silent diesel generator have remote start?

Does the 10kw silent diesel generator have remote start? ie can it be started and stopped automatically by a solar system to charge the batteries if they run low? Also, can we connect to an external fuel tank?

Yes, it has remote start, but you need to add ATS option when ordering. And you can connect external tank.
