Tips: Something should be known when using a water chiller

When using industrial chiller machines, you must pay attention to the safety of operation. Please check the reliability of the safety devices, safety rods and safety doors of the water chiller machine at the beginning of each operation. When the machine is running, remember not to put your hand into the clamping mechanism. When picking up the product, the safety door must be opened. After confirming personnel safety and no foreign objects in the mold, the safety door can be closed. In addition, the hand cannot reach between the nozzle and the mold gate during operation. When repairing the mold, turn off the oil pump motor.

A quote of chiller/cooler we need

we want to get a quote for the chiller/cooler for a spindle motor.
We are modifying an existing spindle which has a frameless motor inside, for a customer and require a cooler/chiller system for that.
Please see some of the information and the answers to the questions that we discussed:
1) The cooler needs to dissipate around 5KW of the heat.
2) We need a fluid-to-air cooling system.
3) The coolant will have 50% concentration of Glycol and water.
4) We also need a pump with a cooler for circulation.
5) The temperature of the coolant coming in would be in accordance with the normal ambient temperature in both winter and summer respectively. ( ranging from 60 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit)
6) The mechanical connection of the coolant port at one end is 1/8 JIC 37 degree flair with 20 pitch and the other is 1/8 27 npt.
7) The voltage supply to the motor can be 380V.
8) About the coolant flow rate, we just guessed the coolant flow around 8 to 6 liters per min when I referenced it from our other spindles. But I guess that might be dependent on the pump capacity and heat which we need to dissipate. (If the coolant flow rate needs to come entirely from my side, can you please help me find that out? Any process or calculation that I can conduct with our existing unit to find the flow rate?)
9) Electrical supply would be 380V/3 phase / 60Hz
