Tension and compression load cells have capacity range from 100kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 2 ton to 20 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.
Hermetically sealed to IP67, the robust construction perfectly safeguards the load cell from almost any damage emerging in harsh environments. The compact design plus the integral cable provide maximum convenience for installation even in restricted space.

Tips: How to detect load cell with a multimeter?
First of all, measure the resistance values of load cell input terminal and output terminal, compare with the resistance values marked on the product. If the measured values exceed the standard range, it means that the load cell has problems. At present, there are two resistance values of the common load cell: one is low resistance, in which, the input terminal is 400Ω±20Ω and the output terminal is 350Ω±5Ω; the other is high resistance, in which, the input terminal is 800Ω±20Ω and the output terminal is 700Ω±5Ω. Moreover, measure the output signal of the load cell. Choose the mV voltage option of digital multimeter, input DC 10V at load cell input terminal, and then measure the output voltage of the load cell. The voltage value = 10V * load cell sensitivity * force value / range value. If the measured value is big different from the computed value, it means that the sensor has been damaged.
