Input Line Reactor Price List
The input reactor is used to restrain the sudden changes in the grid voltage and the current impact caused by overvoltage, smooth the peak voltage contained in the power supply voltage or the voltage defects caused by commutation of bridge rectifier circuit, thus effectively protecting VFD and improving power factor. It can not only prevent the interference from the power grid, but also reduce the pollution of the harmonic current generated by the rectifier unit to the power grid.
VFD and speed controller often suffer from impacted by surge current and voltage during their use, which would seriously damage the performance and service life of VFD and speed controller.
Therefore, a reactor should be installed upstream them to restrain the surge current and voltage, protect the VFD and speed controller, extend their service life and prevent harmonic interference. Meanwhile, both VFD and speed controller are controlled by frequency conversion, so high frequency harmonics and waveform distortion often occur during speed regulation, affecting the normal use of devices.
Therefore, an incoming reactor must be installed at the input end to improve the power factor of VFD and restrain harmonic current, filter harmonic voltage and harmonic current, improve the power quality.
