How to use it correctly？
The highest failure rate of printers is improper use by users. When a paper jam occurs in the printer, many users forcibly pull the jammed paper, which often causes damage to the conveying gear. In fact, when paper is jammed, you should turn off the power first, then unplug the power plug, then open the front cover of the printer, pull the printing paper slightly in the direction of the gear transmission, and slowly take out the paper. If there are multiple paper jams, you can shake the paper a few more times before loading the paper.
When printing, the front cover of the inkjet printer must be closed to prevent dust or other dirt from entering the machine and hindering the movement of the print head and causing malfunctions. When printing, the paper support should be fully opened, otherwise the second half of the printing paper will sag and cannot enter the printer, sometimes causing paper jams, and also causing the printing head to run empty, wasting ink and causing ink to drip inside the printer and unnecessary damage to the printer.
Turn off the portable inkjet printer through the printer switch instead of cutting off the power directly so that the print head can return to its original position. Because the print head can be sealed by the protective cover at the initial position, which makes the nozzle not easy to be blocked, and it can also prevent the printer from re-cleaning the print head when the printer is turned on next time.

Replace ink cartridge
When printing, if the output is not clear, has streaks or other defects, you can use the printer's automatic cleaning function to clean the print head. If the print is still not clear after cleaning several times, it means that the ink has been used up and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
When replacing the ink cartridge, be sure to follow the correct steps and do it when the printer turn on. Because after the ink cartridge replacement again, the printer will fill the ink delivery system, and the ink filling process cannot be carried out in the shutdown state.
Some portable inkjet printers use electronic counters inside the printer to calculate the ink capacity (especially for the statistics of color ink usage). When the counter reaches a certain value, the printer will judge that the ink is exhausted. In the process of replacing the ink cartridge, the printer will reset the internal electronic counter to confirm that a new ink cartridge has been installed.
Pay attention to the temperature of the ink cartridge
Inkjet printer ink has a temperature limit, and the best performance of the ink can only be exerted within the specified temperature range (generally 5°C~35°C). If the temperature is too low, the ink may freeze, and if the temperature is too high, the chemical properties of the ink will be affected. Therefore, when the ink cartridge is not used for a long time, it should be placed at room temperature and protected from direct sunlight.
Do not disassemble the ink cartridge
In order to ensure the printing quality, do not disassemble the ink cartridge casually, let alone open the ink cartridge, as this may damage the print head and affect the printing quality. When the ink cartridge is not used up, it is best not to remove it, so as not to cause ink waste or ink metering errors by the printer. Also, do not place heavy objects on the top cover, document feeder, or output bin of the inkjet printer.
Prevent nozzle clogging
In the maintenance list of printers in the service network, many printers are not working properly due to clogged nozzles caused by idleness and deactivation. Every time the printer nozzle sprays ink, there is always remaining ink nearby. With frequent use, the new ink in the ink cartridge will flush out the remaining ink from the last time, otherwise the old ink will slowly solidify, causing the nozzle to clog.
If you open two ink cartridges at the same time, you should put the temporarily unused ink cartridges into the ink cartridge case to avoid nozzle clogging. It is recommended that users turn on the printer at least once a week. The printer needs to be warmed up when it is turned on and will automatically perform nozzle cleaning procedures. It can discharge the ink droplets originally attached to the nozzles to avoid clogging caused by ink droplets staying on the nozzles for a long time. A nozzle inspection can effectively check the usage of the nozzle.
Just after turning on the power switch of the handheld inkjet printer, the power indicator light or the online indicator light will flash, which means that the inkjet printer.
The machine is warming up. During this period, the user should not perform any operations, and the user can only do so when the indicator light is no longer flashing after the warm-up is complete operate. Make sure the environment is clean
There is too much dust in the use environment, which will easily lead to poor lubrication of the guide shaft and hinder the movement of the print head, causing inaccurate printing positions or hit the mechanical frame, resulting in a crash. Sometimes this kind of crash will cause unnecessary waste of ink because the print head does not return to the initial position, and the print head cleaning operation is performed. The fundamental way to solve this problem is to wipe off the dust on the guide shaft frequently and lubricate the guide shaft (choose lubricating oil with better fluidity, such as sewing machine oil).
Use better quality printing paper
Inkjet printers have strict requirements on paper. If the quality of the paper is too poor, not only the printing effect will be poor, but also the life of the print head will be affected. Pay attention to the front and back when loading the printing paper, only the front side will print well. Do not put too much paper on the paper loader, so as not to cause several sheets of paper to be fed at a time and damage the paper feeding device. Inkjet printers can print transparencies and envelopes. When printing transparencies, they must be fed in a single sheet for printing, and the printed transparencies must be removed from the paper tray in time and stored after they are completely dry. When printing envelopes, be sure to follow the size specified in the printer manual.
Correctly set the printing paper format
If the used paper setting ratio is small, it may print on the printing platform and stain the next printing paper. If the printing platform is dirty, wipe it clean with a cloth in time to avoid affecting the printing effect.
Correct selection and use of printing ink
Liquid ink or solid ink can only be printed after being heated or melted by the heat generated by the resistance wire. The heat required for the vaporization (or liquefaction) of inferior ink will not be exactly the heat generated by the resistance wire.
Also, good ink should be used correctly. Ink has a validity period, and the ink taken out of the ink tank should be installed on the printer immediately, and the printing quality will be affected if it is left for too long.
Maintenance of the print head
The print head is a key part of the printer, therefore, we need to maintain the print head regularly. Check the print head nozzles. If you find that the printed image is blurred unexpectedly or the printed image is missing dots, you can solve these problems by cleaning the print head nozzles.
Keep working on a firm level surface
When we use the inkjet printer, it is best to keep it on a level surface, and do not place anything on the top of the printer. Make sure the use area is tidy

The print head should be in the initial position before shutting down
