Designed for high performance weighing systems, the flat load cells are offered in ranges from 50kg/100kg/200kg/300kg/500kg/1ton/2ton to 10 tons. The unique design of the load cell has a zero drift and creep error of only 0.1% F.S.. The load cell material is made of high quality alloy steel, together with Φ5*2m tensile cable design, to ensure the long term durability and easy installation of the load cell.

Tips: What is a flat load cell?
Flat load cells are compact force measuring devices designed to measure compressive forces or weights. Its flat shape is suitable for installation in places where space is limited. Due to their high accuracy and sensitivity, flat load cells are often used in industrial equipment, automated production lines, test instruments and medical devices.
When installing a flat load cell, make sure its bottom and contact surface are flat and clean to avoid measurement error. The load cell needs to be fixed to the mounting surface by means of screws or adhesives, depending on the application environment. When connecting, use the special signal cable provided by the manufacturer and wire correctly according to the equipment instructions. In addition, avoid applying excessive lateral forces or impacts on the sensor housing to prolong the service life.
