I'm looking to use two of the 500kg pancake load cells
Hello, I'm looking to use two of the 500kg pancake load cells. I'm wondering how conservative the stated 0.05% FS/30 min creep error value is, and I'd also like to know what the approximate deflection of the load cell is at full capacity. Thanks.

1. This creep error value is Not measurable by all load cells, and is generally Not as large as 0.05% FS/30 min.
2. When the full scale is reached, the accuracy of the 500kg range will be better, and the repeatability of full load can generally reach 0.03.

The weighing module provides a concave surface to enable loading, not a flat surface.
I am interested in larger tonnage load cell
I am interested in your larger tonnage units as I am testing the load capabilities of a new toggle press design. The problem is the 100-ton unit is slightly too tall while the 50-ton unit is too small for the readings. The machine reaches about 90 tons theoretically so is there a way to make the unit smaller in height?

What is the maximum height that you need the sensor to fit in?
You can refer to this load cell, which has a smaller height.

The voltage range of our load cell supply is 5-12V DC, so 12V can also be used.
What is the input voltage of the load cell?
We purchased two of the load cells listed below.

The yellow wire you mentioned is a shielded wire, so you don't need to connect it.
The input voltage of load cells is recommended to be 10V DC.

Hello, I bought this model and it has got 5 wires.
red black - green white and yellow ones.
From the datasheet, I see that the yellow one is not mentioned
the yellow one is thicker.

The minimum reading range of the load cell
Hi, good morning
I have a question on this product SKU: ATO-LC-P02
What is the minimum reading range of the 1000 kg load cell?
And are there any other configurations available such as support where the device is placed?
Please send all specs of this item.

1. The minimum reading range of the 1000 kg load cell is related to the display instrument, which is about 0.1 kg.
You can refer to our display controller: https://www.ato.com/5-digit-display-controller-for-pressure-sensor
2. Our load cell does not provide a mounting bracket, what equipment is your load cell installed on?
Question of 500kg load cell hole
I'm looking at the 500kg capacity model: ATO-LCST-TJH-4B load cell. My goal is to figure out if the hole in the middle goes all the way through or only goes through most of the way.
I'm getting my info about it from this link:

Yes, the 500kg capacity model: ATO-LCST-TJH-4B load cell has a threaded screw hole M16*1.5 in the middle.
This hole is through.
How to solve the problem of load cell?
I'd really appreciate more help here.
I've followed all the steps shown in the video, applied a weight of 1188 kg (between 5-10% of the 20-ton capacity), and am now getting error 2, see the attached video.
What should I do? If you can have someone call me and do this live with me that would be best.

We think that error 2 is due to the light weight of the calibration.
Since your load cell is 20 tons, we recommend that you use the coefficient calibration method instead.
In this case, you only need a calibration weight of 500 kg.
For the specific operation method, please refer to the operation video: https://we.tl/t-qHexRzmtGh
Can you help us get past this load cell error?
We've already tried to follow that video step by step but are running into the following issue at 3:50-4:20 in the video.
When we try calibrating the weight, we get a message that says error 1.
We're calibrating using a 0.5 kg weight.
Can you help us get past this error?

Your load cell capacity is 20 tons, so your calibration weight of 0.5kg is incorrect.
As we mentioned before, you're going to use 5%- 10% of the 20-ton capacity for the calibration.
Also, please pay attention to setting the display unit.
Could you tell me the information about the true zero output and the total measurement error?

Unfortunately, we do Not provide calibration sheets.
1. You can measure the output of load cells using a multimeter with an mv file.
2. If the sensor is powered by 5-15V DC, we recommend 10V dc power supply.
Note: Please do not use it beyond the range, the definition of wiring is on the certificate. If you encounter any problems during the test, you can contact us at any time.
Load cell not having a zero mV at zero load
i have received the ATO-LC-P02 (5000kg range) and the load cell mV output with zero load is never zero instead it starts at ~35mV range. I have measure the resistances as follow: e /e-=396ohm; e /s-=298ohm; e /s =295ohm; e-/s- 295ohm; e-/s = 298; s-/s =352ohm. The load cell seem to have a linear behavour. we have send it to the calibration lab and it seems the sensitivity isnt matching 2mV/V. The calibration lab has not reported the zero issue, but they have reported the following values; 12.4VDC voltage, 1000kg-2.145mV, 2000Kg-4.263mV; 3000Kg-6.289mV; 4000Kg-8.315mV; 5000kg-10.412kg. If you could please advise on what the issue could be.

1. Determine the zero output and power supply.
2. From this data, the sensor is linear. If the power supply is 5.4v, the output is just right.

Yes, our load cell excitation voltage is 5-15VDC, and its output is about +/-25mV. So in order to get an analog output signal, you will need to use a transmitter.

10 ton load cell for universal testing machine
I customized one 10 ton load cell which is used for the universal testing machine. After the customer service staff patiently explained, I understood the resistance also needed to be customized. Now I receive my load cell and can use it directly after finishing connection! The load cell accuracy is very good, load cell is very good, and the after-sales is also very good!
