Brushed DC Motor Price List
The working of brushed DC motors relies on the interaction between the stator and rotor electromagnetic fields, which are controlled to periodically generate attractive and repulsive forces between the stator and rotor, thereby causing motion. As shown in Figure 1, a brushed DC motor has a large number of coils wound around its armature, and the resulting strong magnetic field interacts with an external magnetic field (provided here by permanent magnets) to generate rotational motion.

Brushed DC motors have largely been replaced by electronically controlled brushless motors for many solid technical reasons. Nonetheless, brushed motors can still be an effective solution in less demanding, cost-effective applications or with limited requirements. By combining a brushed motor with a basic motor driver IC, a brushed motor can achieve many additional operations and have better protection measures.
