1. What qualifies as knocking the body?
2. When measuring dynamic torque do we need to mount the transducer or can it be free floating?
3. Do we need to have anything attached to the other end of the transducer during measurements?
4. Is there any special settings for static versus dynamic torque on the device?
1. The shaft body cannot be impacted by force, so the shaft body cannot be knocked.
2. When measuring dynamic torque, the coaxiality should be adjusted well before fixing the casing. Please refer to the attached picture.
3. Are you measuring the motor or what? Torque can only be measured when there is an interaction force. When measuring the motor, add a brake on the other end of the transducer; when measuring the product, the motor should drive the torque transducer end, and measure the product at the other end of the torque transducer.
4. There is no special setting for static and dynamic torque on the device.
