Why is My Digital Load Cell Readout Stuck at "0"?

Hi, I purchased a Digital Read Out, but I can't get it to show anything other than "0." It's paired with a 200kg Tension/Compression Load Cell. Here's what I bought:
Digital load cell amplifier (0-10V & RS485 output signal)
    https://www.ato.com/digital-load-cell-amplifier-output-4-20ma-0-10v-rs485
    200kg Tension/Compression Load Cell
    https://www.ato.com/tension-and-compression-load-cell-1kg-to-200kg

    Can anyone help? Thanks!

    Hi Barrett,
For wiring and calibration, refer to the transmitter's user manual or the demo video.
    Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nD446xVhmAA
Please ensure the load cell only bears force in vertical or horizontal directions. If the issue persists, you can share a video of your setup for further assistance.

Thank you! I've fixed the issue with the "0" reading. Now, my digital readout shows positive numbers under compression and negative numbers under tension, but my design only works under tension. Is there a way to reverse this behavior? I'm using this digital readout: https://www.ato.com/digital-load-cell-amplifier-output-4-20ma-0-10v-rs485
