Hello friends, we have a 300W 48V BLDC motor with PLF90-200 Planetary Gearbox and a D300-BLD controller and can not seem to get our motor to turn on. Are there any troubleshooting steps that you would recommend? Also, do we have the right controller for this motor?
Thanks.

It looks like the rated current of your 300W 48V BLDC motor is 7.8A, and the rated current of your D300-BLD controller is 15A, so they are matched correctly.

Have you checked to ensure that the input voltage to the controller is 48V DC? If the voltage is lower or higher, the motor may not operate correctly.

Please refer to our video below to check if the controller and motor are wired correctly. Also, is the input voltage to the controller 48V DC?

Sometimes the issue might be with the controller settings. Refer to the user manual and confirm that all the parameters are set according to your motor's specifications.

If you've checked everything and it still doesn't work, try using another motor to see if the issue is with the motor itself or the controller. This could help isolate the problem.
