Speed-torque curve
- Instantaneous maximum torque line
The maximum torque momentarily impacts the load when the motor is started.
Beyond this torque, the over-current protection of the driver will cause the motor to stop.
- Short time operation area
The motor can run at a short time within this torque range at different speeds.
If the operation time is too long, the motor will generate heat, which may cause the motor to stop or burn.
- Rated operating torque line
The rated torque of motor running at different speeds, and the motor can run for a long time at this torque.
- Continuous operating area
When the motor rotates at different speeds, it runs continuously in this corresponding zone.
Tips: Difference between primary planetary reducer and secondary planetary reducer
The one-stage planetary reducer refers to a reducer with one set of planetary gear sets, and the two-stage planetary reducer refers to a reducer with two sets of planetary gear sets inside.
Different planetary gears number
The first-stage planetary reducer has only one set of planetary gear sets, and the second-stage planetary reducer has two sets of planetary gear sets.
Different gear ratio
First-level planetary reducer reduction ratio: 3, 4, 5, 7, 10. Two-stage planetary reducer reduction ratio: 12, 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 50, 70, 100
Different length
Due to the increase in the number of planetary gear sets in the planetary reducer, the length of the two-stage planetary reducer is longer than that of the one-stage planetary reducer.
Different efficiency
The efficiency of the two-stage planetary reducer is lower than that of the one-stage planetary reducer.
Different transmission ratio
