3 phase 75 hp single-stage centrifugal pump has optional input voltage AC 220V/240V/380V/460V to 480V and input frequency 50Hz/60Hz, and can be used in pipeline pressurization of the production line, cooling tower water feeding, fire water and air condition system water supply, high-rise building pressurized water supply.
Features:
- The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, and its inlet and outlet have the same diameter. The inlet and outlet are on the same centerline so that they can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- Easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the piping system, just remove the connecting flat nut of the vertical pump. All rotor parts can then be removed.

Tips: What happens when a centrifugal pump reverses?
The reversal rotating of the water pump can be also divided into the active reversal rotating and passive reversal rotating. The caused hazard differs as well.
Active reversal rotating refers that the motor driving the reversal rotating of the pump, which is mainly caused by the wrong connection of the motor wire. The main hazards include:
- The mechanical seal with the rotating requirement will probably be damaged.
- The shaft sleeve lock nut and the impeller lock nut(impeller cap) with the rotating requirement might become loose. If the pin is used for the connection, the influence is not big.
Passive reversal rotating refers to the pump dragging the motor to have reversal rotating. The liquid in the pump outlet line flows back into the inlet, causing the pump to have reversal rotating, which drives the motor to have reversal rotating (need to consider whether the motor has power loss at this moment). The main hazards are:
- The mechanical seal with the rotating requirements will probably be damaged.
- The shaft sleeve lock nut and the impeller lock nut(impeller cap) with the rotating requirement might become loose. If the pin is used for the connection, the influence is not big.
- The pump of the balancing disk or balancing drum will probably damage the balancing disk or balancing drum.
- Cause water hammer and damage to the pump structure.
- The multistage centrifugal pump(guide blade type) will easily cause resonance rotating speed and damage the pump equipment.
