Features

The right angle gearbox uses spiral bevel gears inside. Gears are installed vertically to change the transmission direction at 90°.
Spiral bevel gear is made of alloy steel, which has been carburized and hardened, and has high rigidity and wear resistance.
The spiral bevel right angle gear box can change the transmission direction and steering in all directions, which can be used in any mechanical structure and application.
Compared with the traditional worm gear reducer, the spiral bevel right angle gearbox can provide smoother running ability and larger transmission torque.

Tips: How to store 45 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox for a long time?

When the 45 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox is stored, prior to initial installation, or following removal from service, the following steps are recommended:

Fill the 45 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox completely with oil. Attach a prominent notice that the gear drive must be drained and refilled to the proper level prior to start-up.
Apply a rust preventive to the externally exposed shafts.
Store the 45 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox in a temperature and humidity controlled area.
Periodically, rotate the shafts by hand. If the gear drive is in service but inactive for 60 days or more, periodically rotate the shafts by hand and check the oil level prior to start-up.

Easy maintenance

This gearbox has good sealing performance, which effectively prevents the intrusion of dust and impurities and reduces the possibility of failure. Since its use, we have hardly encountered any major failures except for routine maintenance.
