Tips: The speed controller must meet the stability conditions
When the speed of the unit deviates from the set value, the speed controller can respond accordingly, and at the same time, it must have a regular restoring force to restore the speed controller to its original state. The spring in the centrifugal speed controller is the part that generates the restoring force. Such a speed controller is called a static stable speed controller. However, a static stable speed controller may also have dynamic instability during the adjustment process. When the adjustment action is excessive and reverse adjustment occurs, the actual adjustment action will form an oscillating process. The speed controller that makes the oscillation quickly decay is called a dynamic stable speed controller, otherwise it is a dynamically unstable speed controller, which cannot guarantee the normal operation of the machine.
