The gear motor shall be inspected before it works, we can check whether there's hidden danger or it's properly installed. Then what are the inspection contents for gear motor before use?

Please confirm the appearance of gear motor before use, check if there's oil leakage.
Please confirm in advance whether the specifications of the gear motor are in accordance with the design specifications.
Please confirm the service voltage of the gear motor, a voltage regulator can be added if the voltage is unstable.
Please confirm the seat is fixed, in case of loosening when running and transmission.

I got this 200W gear motor for a project I am going to use it for. And so far it has worked great for what I want to use it for. Plenty of power to turn a wheel on this project.

Questions about the size of DC gear motors

For your DC gear motors with 24 V and gear ratio 1: 36. Will the size be the same as other gear ratios?

Yes, the dimension is the same for all gear ratios, just for the different motor power capacities, the gear motor size will be different.

Reasonable quality DC gear motors

These 200W DC gear motors appear to be reasonable quality motors, all three I ordered work as expected so far. Very quiet and smooth running. I also bought the controller and its a perfect match with the motor in my project.
