Features

Spiral bevel gears, bearings, gear box, input shaft, output shaft and other components consist the right angle gearbox.
The spiral bevel right angle gearbox is also a steering gear box, which 90° changes the transmission direction. Small mounting size, high torque, high speed.
Spiral bevel gears are made of alloy steel, which is hardened by carburizing, and has high rigidity and wear resistance. The bearing is a tapered roller bearing, which can withstand greater torque.
The gear box material is cast iron. The input shaft and output shaft are made of #45 steel, which has been carburized and heat treated.

When installing external rotating parts, couplers or shaft extensions on the 100 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox, protective covers are required. Users must wear goggles and protective clothing during operation.
The initial operation should be carried out under no-load conditions. Before starting the 100 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox, please check the following:
Check the tightness of mounting bolts.

Good bevel gearbox

I recently purchased the bevel right angle gearbox with a 1500 rpm rating, featuring 1:1 and 2:1 gear ratio, for use in our industrial conveyor system. We use the 1:1 ratio for applications requiring direct drive and minimal speed reduction, such as for high-speed conveyor sections. The 2:1 ratio is utilized in areas where we need greater torque and slower speeds, such as for heavy load handling. After several months of operation, I’m pleased with its performance and reliability.
