    Three-phase 10 hp vertical centrifugal pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump that features 65m3/h maximum flow, 35m maximum head and 80mm diameter of inlet and outlet.

    Features:

    • The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, and its inlet and outlet have the same diameter. The inlet and outlet are on the same centerline so that they can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
    • Easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the piping system, just remove the connecting flat nut of the vertical pump. All rotor parts can then be removed.
    • The vertical pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the piping system.
    • Vertical centrifugal pumps can be run in series or in parallel according to the requirements of flow and head.

    Tips: How to maintain the centrifugal pump?

    1. In the operation process of the centrifugal pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature by 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃.
    2. Add bearing lubrication oil to the centrifugal pump bearing, observe the oil level to be at the central line of the oil mark, and regularly exchange and supplement the lubrication oil.
    3. Screw out the diversion plug screw of the centrifugal pump, fill and diverse water (or tick liquid guiding).
    4. Close the brake valve of the centrifugal pump water outlet, outlet pressure meter and inlet vacuum meter.
    5. Inch the motor of the centrifugal pump, check if the motor revolving direction is correct or not.
    6. Turn on the centrifugal pump motor, and turn on the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump when the centrifugal pipeline pump has a normal operation, gradually open the brake valve and check the motor load conditions when the gauges show the appropriate pressure.
    7. Try to control the flow and head of the centrifugal pipeline pump within the range indicated on the nameplate to ensure that the pipeline pump runs at a high-efficiency point in order to obtain a large energy-saving effect.
    8. Immediately stop the machine in case of an abnormall sound of the pipeline.
    9. If the centrifugal pipeline pump is going to be stopped, please firstly turn off the brake valve, pressure gauge and then the motor.
    10. Please check if the pipeline pump, pipeline and the connections have any looseness, rotate the pipeline pump manually to check if the pump is flexible.
    11. Regularly check the wearing condition of the pump sleeve, replace timely in case of serious wearing.
    12. When the centrifugal pipeline pump is used in severe winter, it is required to unscrew the drainage screw in the lower part of the pump body to avoid frost crack.
    13. If the centrifugal pump is going to be stopped for a long period, the pipeline pump should be completely dismantled and dried. The rotary parts and combination parts should be smeared with gear for appropriate storage.
    14. In the first month of the centrifugal pump operation, the lubrication oil should be exchanged every 100 hours, and then every 500 hours.
    15. The centrifugal pump stuffing glland should be regularly regulated to ensure the normal dripping conditions of the stuffing chamber.
