I'd also like to know is the 3 phase voltage? Is the peak to peak from 0-48V, or from -48 to 48V?

Yes, the motor is three-phase voltage, but the controller voltage is 0-48VDC. You can refer to our demonstration video, see on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7zK5aQGGrA

Please refer to the attachment for the dimensional drawings. Service life: The motor is about 10000 hours, and the reduction gearbox is about 3000 hours.
Drive's software to run DC motor
Hope you are well.
We received the first order and have begun testing them.
We would like to know if it would be possible to access the drive's software.
We need to configure the baud rate as well as CAN addresses in order for the motors to function in our application.
Without it, we will be unable to use the motors.
Thanks in advance.

1. We can provide driver software without a CAN communication function.
2. Regarding the configuration of the baud rate and CAN address, we only have the Chinese version.
You can refer to the attached software and setting instructions.
Thank you for your understanding.
Is DC motor newer than the one on the website showing the 90mm bolt circle?
Your drawing for ATO-80WDM02430 24/48/72/96V shows a flange of 80mm and a bolt circle pattern of 90mm, but the listing is for 110mm square flange. Can you confirm which is correct?
Motor and matched controller. We'll be controlling the speed to 1750 RPM to drive our pump
Is it newer than the one currently on the website showing the 90mm bolt circle?
I am waiting for your email. Thanks.

SKU: ATO-BLDC-750R3
Voltage (DC) : 24V [+$176.39]
We confirmed that the flange frame of this motor is 80mm, not 110mm. Please check the correct motor drawing: https://www.ato.com/Content/doc/bldc-motor-80mm-series/ATO-80WDM02430-24-48-72-96.pdf
May I ask where did you see that the flange of this 750W motor is 110mm?
Please suggest a solution to solve DC motor problem
I am looking for a motor for my Air Tables project, video below. I am currently using the motor that you see in the attached data sheet, but it is not optimat for this speed and makes a humming noise that is no good, as these will be in people's living rooms and need to be as quiet as possible. Using this motor however, we did some tests and came up with the following requirements:
Air Tables
Shimmery fabrics perpetually dance through the air, untethered, and propelled solely by air emanating from the table.

Brushless DC motor
Performance: Rated for at least 0.35Nm continuous @ 550 RPM – (Torque and Speed are most important)
Rated for at least 20 Watts – (Power is a general top down parameter to sort motors by)
Voltage is not as important to specify as long as it is not higher than 120V (what comes out of the wall outlet). Given the motor performance you need, this should still be around 24 – 48V.
Given your product and use of the motor, its best to pursue a motor with integrated control / electronics such as the current motor you have. Indicate that you just need a simple speed control, as you do now.
All brushless motors require some form of electronics / drive to actually run the motor. If you get a motor without these, you will need an external drive which would add a whole new level of complication to your product.
(The 0 – 10V speed control wire on the current motor goes to the integrated drive in the motor, which computes how fast to drive the motor)
Can you please suggest a solution(s)?

Unfortunately, we do not provide brushless motors with built-in drivers.
Our motor and controller are separated, and the motor is noisy when it is running.
Number of poles of brushless DC motor
Do you know how many poles this motor SKU: ATO-BLDC-750R3 has? It's 1hp 48V brushless DC.

For your 1hp, 24VDC BLDC motor, we have questions to ask you.
For your 1hp, 24VDC BLDC motor; If we run its 24 VDC controller off of 28 VDC, will the motor spin 17% (28/24) faster or does the controller determine the speed despite the difference in voltage?

You can apply/use 28VDC voltage on our controller normally. Moreover, we can customize the motor to 28VDC. The controller will determine the speed despite the difference in voltage.
Gearbox ratio of 1hp brushless motor
We asked about the possibility to purchase a 1hp BLDC motor but with a gear box ratio of 2:1 instead of 3:1. It did not look like this ratio was possible based on information from your website, but please let me know if such a gear box is available.

I'm looking for 1 hp brushless DC motor
I'm looking for 1 to 1.5 hp motors that can spin at 4000 rpm. Variable speed, BLDC preferred. Can you provide such specs?

Yes, we can customize 1-1.5 hp motors with 4000 rpm rated speed, but the housing temperature of the motor will increase by about 10-20 degrees when the motor runs at 4000 rpm.
I'm interested by your 750 watts 48V BLDC motor
I'm currently building a mobile robot and I'm interested by your 750 watts 48V BLDC motor. The robot will be powered by a LiFePO4 48V battery. But, the 48V of the battery is the "nominal" voltage, when fully charged the battery voltage is 58V. If I power the motor directly from the battery, is there a risk of damaging the motor?

No risk at all, the 750W 48V BLDC motor works normally in the range 18-60VDC.
Placing a order and getting motor parameters

This 750W brushless DC motor is 8 poles (4 pairs), the motor phase inductance and phase resistance parameters need to be tested during production to provide accurate values.
Our application will require 50 ~ 100 units of 750W 48V BLDC motors
For your 750W 48V BLDC motor, our application will require 50 ~ 100 units in the first year and 1,000 - 3,000 pcs annually after, can ATO meet that demand?
