Existing reviews of 1000W Brushless DC Motor, 48V/72V, 10 Nm, 1000 rpm
The power output is outstanding. With 1000W, this motor packs a serious punch. Whether I'm using it for an electric bike or a DIY project, it provides ample power to get the job done. The 10 Nm of torque is also a significant advantage, ensuring smooth and efficient operation even in demanding applications.

We would like more information about DC motor
We are looking for more information on brushless DC motor- 24 VDC withholding with or without a right-angle gearbox.
Based on our calculation, we have the following requirements:
Speed: 30mm/s or 6 fpm
Torque: 3775 Nm or 33400 lbs
Power requirement: 2.5Hp minimum
Holding brake requirement: 20 Nm
Rotation speed and gear ratio: 1000 rpm / 200:1
Higher speed is possible with an adapted gear ratio
Can you provide us with technical support on your product selection?
We would like to have a quote for the part (quantity 1) as:
1 Brushless motor holding brake
1 brushless motor right angle gearbox holding brake
A fast reply would be appreciated.

Regarding the voltage of the custom motor, we can only provide 48V.
Can you accept a voltage of 48V?
1. Do you have 3D models for the motors mounted to the gearboxes?
2. What is the max. Torque rating of the 50:1 in-line gearboxes?
3. What would the max duty cycle be for the motor 50:1 Gearbox combination? i.e. 5min full torque

1. Yes, we can provide the 3D models, please email us your order details.
2. The max. torque rating of the 50:1 in-line gearbox is 264 Nm.
3. Different types of the gearbox with different duty cycle, tell us what type of the gearbox you need, we have inline gear box, worm gearbox and right angle gearbox to match our BLDC motors.

The resistance and inductance of 1kW brushless dc motor can only be tested when the manufacturer produces it after the customer places an order.
Great brushless dc motor kit for my job!
I have purchased brushless dc motors from ATO many times and they always surprise me after I found this online store. This time I bought the 1kW BLDC motor and the matching controller for my go-kart project and it's a great motor kit for the job. They arrived on time and everything worked well.

Generally and according to our experience in electronic vehicles, required BLDC motor power capacity is about 1kW-2kW, and we need to know, motion structure of the electronic vehicles (whether it is wheel-driven), motion speed, the associated friction coefficient and the gear ratio..
