Tips: Operation process of ATO laboratory ultrapure water system
1. Check whether the water source stainless steel ball valve switch is open and the power cord is connected.
2. Press the power button. At this time, the “system water making” indicator lights up and starts to work normally.
3. Every 2-3 days, please press the "System Wash" button before taking water after booting. At this time, the system is manually cleaned for 1-2 minutes. After washing, press the "System Wash" switch again.
4. Please keep the plastic ball valve on the water storage bucket in the same direction as the pipeline connection. At this time, do not turn off the ball valve switch. Do not twist the vacuum plug on the bottom of the water storage bucket, otherwise the water storage bucket will be scrapped.
5. Pre-processor cleaning: After a period of time when the equipment is in use, the white PP polymer fiber filter starts to change from white to yellow. At this time, remove the bucket of the preprocessor with a special wrench equipped, take out the fiber filter element and wash it with high-pressure tap water. When reinstalling, check whether the plastic pad inside the bucket is properly mated, and make sure that the bucket does not leak after installation. Activated carbon cleaning is the same method. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning time is 2-3 months / times.
