Do you have programming software available for B type transmitters?
We just purchased four of these smart B type transmitters, and I am scaling them for 4ma = 0° C (or 32° F) and 20ma = 1800° C (or 3272° F). Is this correct? It works out correct when I use a process meter to simulate the B thermocouple signal, but it is 300 degrees low @ 2250° F when connected to a real type B thermocouple.
Also, there is a programming port - do you have programming software available for that, or is it only factory programmed?

Hi, Carson,
Thanks for the feedback. This programming port is only used for factory programming calibration. Usually, the transmitter is calibrated when it leaves the factory. For "it is 300 degrees low 2250° F when connected to a real type B thermocouple " you mentioned, could you please provide us with some pictures of the test for confirmation.
