    Small through hole slip rings are electrical slip rings with small apertures. Inner diameter 12.7mm has optional outer diameter of 35mm/56mm. Inner diameter 20mm has optional outer diameter of 42mm/56mm. It can stably transfer small currents or signals of 6~24 wires 5A or 6~24 wires 10A, support signal and power hybrid transmission.

    Tips: How to install the through hole slip ring?

    • Installation of through hole slip ring with anti-rotation tab
      1. Place the through hole slip ring on rotating shaft of the device to be installed.
      2. Fix the through hole slip ring rotor. Use a 6-point screwdriver to tighten the 4 screws on slip ring rotor so that rotor of slip ring can rotate with rotating shaft of the device.
      3. Fix the through hole slip ring stator. Tighten the screws on anti-rotation tab of slip ring so that stator of the slip ring is attached to device and remains fixed at all times.
    • Installation of through hole slip ring without anti-rotation tab
      1. Place the through hole slip ring on rotating shaft of the device to be installed.
      2. Fix rotor wire of the through hole slip ring.
      3. Fix stator wire of the through hole slip ring.

    The maximum bandwidth of the signal channel on the H1256 slip ring is 40Mhz.
    Cheap and easy to use
    The conduction efficiency is high and transmission is stable. Installation is very convenient, durable, and its price is cheaper than the same type of slip ring on market.
