    High-precision sanitary pressure transmitter for sale, this model is constructed of precision stainless steel 316L material with silicone and Nitrile rubber seals to ensure its long-term durability in harsh environments. The pressure type is gauge pressure and supports multiple signal outputs. The pressure transmitter is vibration resistant up to 10g (20-2000Hz) and shock resistant up to 500g/ms, providing stable output in high-vibration environments. Its electrical protection is complete, including permanent short-circuit protection and reverse polarity protection functions, ensuring that the device remains safe and reliable in the event of electrical abnormalities.

    Note:

    Circles represent shielded wires, and all marked grounding points must be effectively grounded. It is recommended to use shielded twisted signal cable. In order to avoid ground loops, the shielding layer uses a single-ended ground, in the pressure transmitter end of the insulation floating ground, and in the control terminal ground.

    The transmitter shell is grounded by default, so the field equipment needs to be effectively grounded, if the field equipment can not be grounded, it is necessary to make the indicated grounding point effectively grounded.

    Before installation, make sure that the connecting parts and piping are clean and free of contamination to avoid contaminants that could affect the measurement accuracy. When installing the sensor, use sanitary fittings (e.g. Tri-Clamp, DIN, or welded) to connect the sensor and make sure that the seals are properly installed to prevent leakage. Avoid excessive torque or mechanical shock to the sensor to prevent damage to the internal components. After installation, calibration is recommended to ensure accurate measurements.

    The sanitary pressure sensors are designed to be maintenance free, suitable for multiple cleaning and sterilization and have a long service life. It is recommended that the sensor's housing and seals be checked regularly for integrity to avoid leakage or measurement errors due to wear or deterioration. The sensors have no internal mechanical parts and are not susceptible to wear and tear and can usually operate stably for several years. To ensure long-term accuracy, calibration and performance checks can be performed annually.
