Signal isolator, RTD temperature transmitter supports a wide range of input signals including Cu50 (-50~150℃) and PT100 (-200~850℃). Users can choose from 1 in 1 out/1 in 2 out/2 in 2 out input channel configurations. The signal isolator receives on-site RTD signals through isolation technology and converts them to standard 4-20mA/0-20mA/0-5V/0-10V output signals for safe and reliable transmission to the control room. Featuring DIN rail free-standing mounting, it ensures easy and reliable installation and maintenance of the device.
Note: When 2-wire RTD signal is input, terminals 1, 2; 5, 6 (2 in 2 out) must be shorted. For 3-wire RTD signal input, make sure that the resistance value of the 3 wires is equal as far as possible.
RTD Signal Isolator is a device used to measure temperature, its main function is to isolate, amplify and convert the input signal into a standard output signal.
When using the RTD signal isolator, be sure to refer to the product manual and the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure that you operate the device according to the specified procedures in order to give full play to the performance and functions of the signal isolator.
