Tips: Why is there a problem of unstable output signal?

The unstable output signal is usually caused by the following reasons:

  • Power supply problem: Check whether the power supply voltage is stable and meets the converter requirements.
  • Wiring problem: Make sure the RS485 communication and analog output are wired correctly to avoid short circuit or poor contact.
  • Communication interference: RS485 line may be subject to electromagnetic interference, need to use shielded wire and proper grounding.
  • Configuration error: Check whether the software configuration matches the actual demand.
  • If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance.
