Tips: How to Choose the Models of Inductive Proximity Sensor?
1. When choosing the model, you can choose according to your own host computer or the connected load. The output mode of the ring proximity switch of some manufacturers also has NPN/NO.NC optional or dual output, or PNP/NO.NC optional or dual output, each with its own characteristics. As for the output voltage signal, the output will be as much as the input (floating around 1V).
2. Regarding the size of the circular hole of the ring proximity switch, there are generally 3-25mm sizes available on the market. You can choose according to the size of your own detection object. If the detection object is small, you should choose a small detection hole. In short, the selected circular hole should be the same as the detection object. Matching, so that the sensitivity and stability of detection can be guaranteed.
